Allens hosted their Eco Expo at Cardiff City Football Club
on 17th April 2007 aimed to showcase plans to cut carbon emissions
in the office industry.
Customers listened to a presentation by Peter Frost from
organisers Proficiency Group, entitled “Cut Costs….Cut Carbon” before the Expo
which featured the latest green and eco friendly office solutions from the
leading brand manufacturers. The powerful Oscar winning Al Gore movie
documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” ran throughout the lunch period.
There was a great atmosphere and we had excellent customer
feedback wishing to reduce their carbon footprint.
Customer Dianne Blackmore wrote, “I would like to
congratulate you on such a well organised and informative event. I was
surprised at the amount of information and understanding I gained on the topics
discussed, the range of products and services available, and how Tai Pawb can
contribute to cutting carbon emissions. “
